Thank you, Kim. I agree with you in regards procrastination - it is so easy to slip into.

We just need to remember that our biggest challnege in life is ourselves, so we must learn to motivate our minds and bodies towards doing something useful before our time is up.

Procrasination is always a 'catch 22' to me. Once you get caught up in the vicious cycle, it's so hard to break. The first step is always the most challenging, but once you make it - it's much easier to build momentum. Thank you for this post. I spend alot of time focusing on motivation so dealing with procrastination is a big part of it.

Fair enough, my friend. Nothing wrong with being lazy as I can do just that when I feel like it, but there comes a time when you can get bored of that too.

I just feel the need to do something positive, however futile, to improve my mood and more importantly, not to give up in the face of a non-progressive world in terms of peace and wisdom.

Hopefully, I can set a good enough example for my son to learn from and apply to his life...then again, why should he.

Somewhere in my heart of hearts I feel being lazy and procrastinating is living life to the full. But that's just me.

@Cindy
It's okay to laze about a bit to recharge the batteries but not too much...the Mrs is already complaining that I'm getting a belly. Thanks for finding the time and energy to comment on my post!

@Adam
You are quite right, my wise friend. Thank you for your kind words.

Life really should mean action. We are not promised another heartbeat, nor another breath of fresh air. Each day is a gift. So are great blog posts like these. Keep up the great work!

I've been procrastinating so much lately that I just got around to reading your post now.....
I'm glad you raised the point about how procrastination is frequently associated with evil, or at least undesirable behaviour. If we dump a truck load of guilt upon ourselves when we procrastinate, we only succeed in burying us further. I say let what didn't get done go and move on. Great post. Love the pic! cgn
