  1. Some interesting points. My experience of happiness is very different from his. I don’t believe in a “one shoe fits all” secret to happiness. Everyone must discover it for themselves.

    Happiness for me is equal to contentedness. Happiness in general terms is so relative and is dependent on what state of mind you find yourself at any particular time.

    To be content is more absolute – no matter what you have or where you find yourself in life, you will always be consoled by being contented from within.
